Exchange Policy

We offer a 48-hour exchange window from the time your order is delivered.

You may request an exchange if:

  • You received a size different from the size ordered.
  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong item.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed.
  • The item must be returned with original tags attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only available for products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or where a different size than ordered was delivered.

All purchases made through ELVUE STORE are final. We only provide exchanges for eligible cases mentioned above.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for an exchange due to a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, customers must provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

The video must:

  • Clearly show the sealed package before opening.
  • Show the shipping label and package condition.
  • Capture the complete unboxing process without cuts or edits.
  • Clearly display the product and the issue being reported.

Claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

ELVUE STORE reserves the right to review all submitted evidence before approving any exchange request.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges unless the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect product, or a size different from the size ordered being delivered by ELVUE STORE.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Prepaid orders that have already been processed and dispatched cannot be cancelled.
